1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bbdkk platform and all associated services. By accessing the bbdkk website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

Important: These Terms automatically take effect when you use any service on the bbdkk platform. Operating an account without reading the Terms may lead to legal complications in the future.

2. Eligibility & Age Limit

The minimum age to use bbdkk services is 21 (twenty-one) years. Only individuals aged 21 or above may create and operate an account on this platform.

Age Limit Warning: Creating an account by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age and may suspend suspicious accounts without notice.

2.1 Additional Eligibility Requirements

You must be a natural person — accounts on behalf of corporate or institutional entities are not permitted.
You may hold only one account; multiple accounts by the same person are not accepted.
You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
You must agree to comply with all applicable bbdkk policies.
Persons subject to relevant legal restrictions may not use the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

When registering an account at bbdkk, you must provide your correct name, a valid mobile number, and any other required details. bbdkk reserves the right to cancel accounts registered with false information.

3.1 Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.2 Identity Verification

To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity, bbdkk may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bbdkk supports transactions through the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
The name on the payment source must match the name registered on your account.
Deposits via third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
Withdrawals will only be returned to the original deposit source.
Withdrawals will not be processed until bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Payment methods: bKash • Nagad • Rocket • Bank Transfer. bbdkk does not support any payment methods outside of these.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bbdkk offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the conditions stated below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
Deposit ৳12,000 → bonus capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = you must place ৳20,000 worth of bets before withdrawing the bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus has a specific validity period; bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry date.
Wagering must be completed before a bonus becomes withdrawable.
Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account cancellation.
bbdkk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus.
Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time.

5.4 VIP Program

bbdkk's VIP program has five tiers — each tier comes with different benefits:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your consistent activity and bbdkk's assessment.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

Each game and betting market on bbdkk has its own applicable rules. General gameplay terms are outlined below.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

Following fair play principles is mandatory in all games.
Transactions resulting from technical errors will be considered void.
bbdkk is not responsible for any issues caused by internet connection loss.
Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an advantage is prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sporting events including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, and kabaddi. All markets are operated at bbdkk's discretion, and bbdkk reserves the right to change rules.

6.3 Live Casino

bbdkk's live casino section features games from world-class providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Live game decisions are final — objections to dealer decisions are not accepted.

7. Responsible Gaming

bbdkk believes that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We take responsible gaming very seriously.

Do not place large bets to try to recover losses.

8. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bbdkk platform. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

8.1 Fraud & Manipulation

Operating an account using false information.
Operating or assisting in operating multiple accounts.
Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
Collusion or playing in coordination with other players.
Using automated software or bots.

8.2 Money Laundering

bbdkk follows strict policies to prevent money laundering. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account will be suspended and an investigation will be conducted.

8.3 Technical Abuse

Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities in the website.
Hacking or accessing systems without authorization.
Using malware or harmful code.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bbdkk platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the exclusive property of bbdkk. Republishing, distributing, or commercially using these materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the bbdkk website — no rights beyond this are transferred.

11. Limitation of Liability

bbdkk is not responsible for the following:

Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failures.
Issues caused by errors in third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
Losses caused by user negligence or leakage of account information.
Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives), etc.

In the case of any claim or dispute, bbdkk's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12. Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure by the User

You can close your account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. Please complete all withdrawals from your balance before closing.

12.2 Closure by bbdkk

In the event of a breach of terms, fraud, or other policy violations, bbdkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. bbdkk also has the right to withhold or forfeit the balance in such cases.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

Administrative fees may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, or the account may be marked as dormant. bbdkk will send a separate notification regarding this.

13. Changes to Terms

bbdkk reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. In the event of changes, a notice will be displayed on the platform and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.

For significant changes, bbdkk will attempt to send a notice to your registered email or mobile, though this is not an obligation.
